Great service
The electrician was very professional.
The response to my request was quick! They were very helpful over the phone. The only reason for one less star than five stars was that the day of service, the time sort of drug out in terms of one person coming and then having to wait for another with a large ladder that had already been noted was needed in the past when I had them come out to do a free quote a week and a half prior. I certainly would use them again and would recommend them though. They were professional, kind, and courteous. The pricing was reasonable too;)
Explained all the work to be done.
Superior experience. David was highly professional, arriving on-time and knowledgeable in offering suggestions. They worked within my time line and budget.
I would hire them again. It took a while to get someone to my house due to issues out of the company's control, but the tech who did the job at my house was very polite, did the job quickly, and addressed all of my concerns.
Very nice service for the value. Would highly, recommend them to others. Also, got a quote on my next kitchen project. Looking forward, to using them, for all my electrical projects. Thank You, Home advisors!!!
We had an immediate need to get the overhead lights functioning in our master bathroom prior to a house inspection by a prospective buyer. We were scheduled from 1-4 pm. At 3:45 I called to inquire where the technician was. I was told they were running behind and he would be there in 30-45 minutes. After an hour, I called back to get an update. They again said they were running behind and he was finishing a job and would be there in 30-45 minutes given evening rush hour traffic. I asked why someone did not call us to explain the delays and got no response; in fact the call "dropped" at that point. I called again and was assured they would have someone arrive. The technician arrived at 5:20 and informed my husband that no one had told him about the job until after 4:00pm that same day. Customer Service, although pleasant on the phone, was not customer friendly from a communication standpoint and clearly had not arranged to have a technician available during our scheduled timeframe.
Originally somone came by to give me an estimate. The original project was to install a new bathroom exhaust fan and also put the light and the fan on separate switches as they originally are on one. I also wanted the fan to be on a timer switch. The worker showed up with a dimmer instead of a timer. And then the light and the fan both ended up being on the same switch. Not exactly what I wanted, but close enough.
