A1 Plus Electrical & Generators

The work that was completed was done alright. Install light box. Do to the non-English speaking tech. I now have two outlets without power, they worked fine before the came out. They acknowledge this. Their fix was for me to pay an additional $100 for them to come back out. I won t have them back. I was very clear when getting bids for this small job. He showed up without the tools I was told he would use, and in broken english was told he didn' t like using that tool. Said he would have to make more holes than needed instead. I didn' t allow that to happen. I should have went with the higher bid.

Very professional and responsive

Electricians showed up to relocate a ceiling fan and add recessed lights in the kitchen. They brought no drop cloths to protect the floors or furniture. Sheetrock dust was all over our new hardware floors. Then the workers tracked it all throughout the condo that damaged the floors in a few places. They also did not clean up behind themselves. In addition, the new installed recessed lights are not lined up. The first and last one are over .25 apart.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME. HE INSTALLED THE FAN AND HE FOUND AND FIXED A SECONDARY ELECTRICAL PROBLEM, THAT WAS DONE BY THE BUILDERS. IM VERY PLEASED. I WILL DEFINATELY USE HIM AGAIN

Extremely customer focused and responsive. They explained every everything and answered all questions. If you want it done correctly, quickly, and looks like they were never there A1 is for you.
