Reviews
Write a ReviewIt was a little expensive for one plug.
Booked the first time - no show. Booked a second time - tech arrived at completely wrong time. Tech did not wait 10 min for me to adjust my scheduled meetings and come talk to him. Hired for a diagnostic for the repair of the outdoor ceiling fan; informed after the visit that they do not actually repair fans, only install new ones. The light fixture of fan worked before tech came, not working anymore - will not come to check what was done to the light for free. Customer service is very available and responsive but not solution-oriented, just looking to sell more, which is a bad strategy when a client is calling to complain. I hope I just got unlucky but I am worse off after tech visit than before. I was going to hire them the day I replace the fan but now I will not.
They went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfect. Awesome job
Very easy to work with and quick response; scheduled appointment for next day service.
