The technicians needs supervision. They can't just be dropped off and left for 9 hours with no one to speak english. They messed up my paint job, ruined my disposal, trash left in the yard. They should cover the furniture if they're putting in recessed lighting.

They do not talk to each other, many people involved and then when you pay them with a check they don’t know where the check ends up and they call you as if you have not paid!!

I had a difficult project that involved installing two new dedicated circuits in my garage from the breaker box on the other side of the house. They had to combine two other circuits into a tandem breaker to make room in the box, put the two new 20 amp circuits in, and then run the wiring 30 feet up into my attic, run it another 50 feet across, run it another 30 feet down into a second attic above the garage, and then down to where the outlet box was being installed. It literally couldn’t have been any farther or harder to get to from the breaker box. I got some pretty outrageous quotes from other companies because of the difficulty, but A-1 Plus did the job very well (and replaced a ceiling fan) for a very reasonable price that was significantly less than the other quotes I got. I’ll definitely call them the next time I have any kind of electrical project come up.

The contractor did a really good job. It was a difficult project, and it was done efficiently. It was just a good experience overall, and the company did it for less than other quotes I got.
