A-1 Plus Electrical made two trips to our home. The first trip was to review the scope of work and give a written estimate. The second trip was to install two light ballast/fixtures as requested. They were prompted, professional, reasonably priced, and fast. We will use them again for future electrical services. We are happy with their service and happy to have LIGHTS!

They were so good at communicating with me from beginning through the end. The technician was great at explaining the problem and solution as well as listening to me and answering my many questions. They were on time and did the job quickly. I definitely will use them again.

I had an electrical problem regarding my outlets and a voltage dip on a switch. A1 sent a qualified person order. Not just a salesperson. He gave me a fixed price troubleshooting proposal that he was able to ac on on the spot. It took about 2 hours but he found the problem and where the short was and fixed the problem. He identified the voltage drop was due to a defective switch so that was done as well. Overall, a very good experience.

Met with David the owner and he understood exactly what I wanted done. Once I hired them, the kept in contact and showed up on time the day of the appointment. It was a long job, but the guys worked from mid morning till roughly 7:30 that same evening to get it done. It was pouring rain and cold outside during the last couple of hours of the job. I shared with them that they could come back tomorrow, but they were steadfast in getting the job done. My new outside front light sconces as well as my flood lights in the back yard look great. Thank you for getting it done. Highly recommend!
