A1 Plus Electrical & Generators

Was extremely pleased with estimate and some work done at the time. The electrician was clean, personable and cleaned up mess. Matthew gave me a price to fix two plugs which I scheduled to be done. later. Two men came to do the work. One was very young; the other could not speak English. I was watching and asked why they were changing the one plug which was new and working. Theydidn't know. It was on the order. They said it was okay. They tried to call Matthew several times and could not reach him so I told them to put the old plug back in. Everything works fine. I did not receive an invoice from the company after work was done but the workers said I didn't owe anything. I had paid 1/2 up front. When I hire an electrician to come in I would like a master electrician.

From start to finish, A1 was professional and punctual. They were able to provide an accurate estimate and schedule the appointment incredibly quick. Our technicians arrived within the specified time window and got right to work. They made recommendations for light placement based on current power layout as well as functionality within the space. After the initial layout, the electricians cleaned the work area, went over all of the work done, and verified that it was to our liking. Overall, the work was impeccable and we will definitely be using A1 for all of our electrical needs. So impressed!
