Saturday quote did not notify the customer that they would not be there to work on Mon. called later that day to find this out was told they would be there tomorrow Tuesday 1-4 pm no show (Tech sick)did not honor 15% discount told they had to order parts. Received an email about $50 off discount A-1 did not honor that only gave half $25 off Be there on schedule next Mon. 7-10 am. Work done. returned home to the darkness that evening patio flood setting was set to motion no instructions left to adjust photo cell motion detector.

I was so impressed with the two men sent to remove and re-installed two chandeliers to a new location. The crystal chandeliers were in-tack and nothing was broken. Very professional, polite, and curious to work with.
