Great service and pricing

Fast, efficient response to an emergency - an electrical surge had damaged breaker box and electrics in the house. Initial contact with service manager was very thorough. The procedures and the possible phases involved was explained comprehensively. We also had help with our initial contact with our insurance company, with the service manager explaining the issues to them in detail. This helped with a very smooth and rapid experience with insurance. The repair work itself was done efficiently with minimal impact. Very pleased with the results.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent unqualified, unsupervised, unprofessional workers to do the work at my house. They neither knew nor cared about what they were doing. Trashed my yard, installed wrong breakers, then left leaving a mess. Make sure you get in writing everything they promise you that will be done and who exactly will be doing the work. I did not get what I paid for.

They provided free estimates with packages for different electrical work. We picked a package, they arrived as scheduled, and label our electrical panel box.

He just did not clean up after himself.

They consistently arrived late. A 4 hour job took 3 days. We had to have the company that services our water well out to supervise the work to make sure it got done. They were truly awful. Awful. These glowing reviews on here seem suspect. I honestly do not believe this company capable of decent service and definitely not customer service.
