Justin with A-1 Plus Electrical was great. He explained everything in terms I could understand and gave me several options to repair my problem. He was also very flexible with working with my schedule to get the job done. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use A-1 Plus again and highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations.

They failed to show, and we wasted a day waiting around for them. They offered a $50 discount because of their failure. Next appointment scheduled between 8-10 am. At 11 pm the night before get a text saying now 10-12 am with no reason. Call in the morning, and they say they had other work to do. They say they will be there in 40 minutes. 2 hours go by and then they arrive. The manager never told the employees to bring the long ladder causing delay. Once guys got here they did the work. However, one guy was standing on top of a 23 feet ladder with no protection, did not shut off breaker, and pricked his finger on a wire, but luckily did not fall. The installers were nice, helpful and did the best they could. Overall would never use this company again.

A young man by the name of Carlos from A-1 Plus installed two outside light fixtures. He was very efficient, but more importantly, SO sweet (but professional), and very knowledgeable. I appreciate A-1 Plus and Carlos.
