"We have had a problem with our main building drain line clogging once a year, every year, since we purchased our home 14 years ago. We had it cleared around Thanksgiving of 2022 and it was again blocked only 2 months later. Fed up, I wanted to understand what the exact problem was, and proceed with fixing it. Tim and I spoke at length and therein I explained the history behind the issue (including experience from rodding the line myself on previous occasions). Tim explained what he thought the problem might be, based on his experience, and discussed various options including firm costs (not the "well, it will cost somewhere between $5 and $50,000" BS). We talked for about 30 minutes whereas conversations with other plumbers usually lasted all of 3 minutes wherein they explained how much it would cost, how they expected to be paid, and when they could come out. Tim showed up promptly at the agreed-upon time with Pedro and the two of them went to work. Without going into details, those two spent approximately 4.5 hours working my issue during which time they mechanically rodded the line 5-6 times, ran a camera into the pipe following each rodding, and then hydro-jetted it twice (might have been three times and they inspected the line using the camera after each hydro-jetting as well). I paid extra for the hyrdo-jet but I knew that they would probably need to resort to this following our phone call and again, I understood going into it exactly what the cost would be. These guys really busted their tails (other plumbers were typically in and out in an hour or less) and from what I could actually see via the camera, Tim and Pedro appeared to fix the problem once and for all. I spent a lot of time with them (as an engineer, I am curious by nature) and I felt like there were times when they could have said "Yeah, good enough" but they would talk and say "yeah, we should really do [this] again." In summary, Tim and Pedro were very professional, VERY hard-working, and extremely thorough, and I received a service that I feel was far in excess of that provided by anyone previously. Tim is the only person that I will call in the future should I need this service again (but I doubt it!). Finally, there were not surprise or escalated costs. Fantastic experience! "My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. "I like this company. They came out leaving traffic from a job to look at our bathroom tub to see why our water was not coming out fast and told us what needs to be done. They gave us a fair price upfront and ran through the process, They gave us a date and time and stuck to it. The cre came out and began the work. They took out the old pipeline, put in a new one, and then a plate outside ht shower knobs to make it one, and the fixture they installed a new one. They did it all in 6 hours and made sure the water was coming out fast, unclogged the drains, and then advised us what to do with the sink after they finished fixing the drain and what to put in the toilet and the sick fixture, and told us what we needed to redo our shower plumbing and fixtures. It consisted of taking out the old pipes and putting in a new one for the knobs to turn at once, and they installed one new pipe. They did it cleanly, and efficiently, and gave us a fair quote. "Brian and Frank did a great job clearing a clog on my main line. Brian walked me through the whole process from initial evaluation to the major unclogging and flushing and explained everything to me in easy terms without making me feel dumb. They did their best to be respectful of property, family members working and even pets. They were prompt and polite. The work was expensive, but Brian did his best to be fair. "We bought our home about 3 years ago a foreclosure from a bank and all we knew was it had been vacant for a few years prior. We had small issues, slow kitchen drain some gurgling. One day laundry room tub started backing up and then into the washing machine, over the next few days, every toilet flush or shower became an issue in the laundry room. We had been dealing with removing sewer flies recently taking over the basement storage. After putting all tje pieces together we realized needed a professional. After 1 company came out to rod out the line it was determined tree roots were causing the solid waste back up. That company provided us with an estimate of $7000 for the cutout project. G. Angel Sewer service provided excellent communication about what and how, time frame for project and best price of the quotes received $4000. Friday 1st day started out not the best due to waiting on the village permit and truck broke down in route. What was to start at 9am started around 3pm, needless to say only massive hole dug day 1. However yard and hole was protected with plywood and cones left marking areas of caution. Saturday arrived by 8am and by 4pm everything done just needed village inspection on Monday morning. Monday morning arrived by 8am after inspection remainder of work completed. Yard was actually better than prior to work as dirt replaced was sloped away from the house and we were advised about some other landscaping suggestions to help with drainage in other areas noticed. Highly recommended."
