"Jim was the first to answer my call of request. I normally do not go with the very first person of hire concerning work done on my home. He called each morning for accurate scheduling and showed up on time. When Jim arrived I found him to be a politely warm and friendly businessman. I found Jim to be an experienced electrician, knowledgeable and informative. He understood right away what was needed to get the job done and did it well. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing an experienced electrician to get the job done efficiently. Jim went out of his way to do a complete and exceptional job for me in installing electrical outdoor lights to my detached garage. I'm pleased with the way he neatly positioned the wiring, etcquickly and accuratelyprofessionally well done. At one point, I was indecisive concerning the actual light fixtureswasn't exactly sure what I wanted. He was patient and helped me to decide. Again, I'm well pleased. "Project: remove old 220 line and replace with 110, install 3 outlets and two switches for deck lighting outside, install and wire for lamp above pool table and install two dimmer switches; 1 for can lights and 1 for light above pool table. I had contacted several electricians and described my project. Only two of the several electricians showed up and offered quotes; both quotes were a little high for the project. I contacted Bobo Electric, they scheduled an immediate evaluation and said they would have a quote by that evening in my e-mail. That evening I had the quote and to my surprise, a VERY reasonable quote. I contacted Bobo the next day and scheduled an appointment that was only a few days away. On the day of the appointment I received a call that indicated they were on there way. They arrived right on time. The work was done very professionally and efficiently and exactly to my wishes. All three gentlemen were nice, courteous and very professional Do not call another electrician before you contact Bobo Electric! Highly recommended!"

He was on time for the estimate and scheduled the work within 3 days. He was on time to install my lighting fixtures and installed the lights in about 5 hours. "Let me tell you why I would 1,000,000% recommend them! In March I had an electrical fire in my basement. It could have been very bad, but a pvc pipe carrying water was touching the burning venting material and two small holes were created. The water burst out and put the fire out. Well, how did this happen? Our electrician Jeff worked relentlessly for hours - spanning two days! The second day the owner of HI-LITE, Joe Albert, came along also. I was so impressed by their knowledge and fervent curiosity as to how this fire started. Jeff was 100% determined to make my home safe, and he did! Jose has done great job in complete professional way which included understanding requirement (as it was kind of different compare to individual home install), provided estimate, taken care for village permit, visited multiple times as needed as asked by Village for permit process, installed charger and cleaned up after all work."
