My 21 year old Gas Water Heater finally has stopped working and I started getting quotes for the replacement. I contacted 4-5 companies via Angi and 3 more from Google. I texted pictures of my old Water Heater to potential contractors and had multiple phone and text conversations. Rob, the owner of R.A. Plumbing & Mechanical, offered me a competitive, but not the lowest price, but our 2 phone calls and his detailed explanation and answering my questions - that's what convinced me to give this project to him and his team. Rob explained me the difference between brands, models, and tank sizes, discussed a tankless solution, and offered to do the work on the same day, which was important for me on December 1st in Chicago. Rob emailed me the detailed estimate with a convenient way to accept it electronically and after I accepted it, he sent the team who did a great job. I highly recommend R.A. Plumbing & Mechanical and personally Rob for any plumbing projects you may have.
