There was a lot of confusion regarding the actual problem in my home. That being said the communication with Paul the owner is A1 and it’s apparent that he cares about his customers. He was very patient and understanding to our concerns and frustration.

Great customer service. I had Tony come to my home, and he spent a good amount of time explaining things in simple words. Went above and beyond. Highly recommending.

Would not recommend Dynamic Plumbing at all. We were assigned to Dynamic Plumbing by our Home Warranty provider. Was told we will be contacted in 24-48hrs. No call from Dynamic Plumbing. I called and left a voicemail. Finally heard back about 5 days later. The lady who called was untruthful. Claimed that they called and left a voicemail. Never received a call nor a voicemail. Should have know that that was only a taste of what was to come. Eventually, Simon came out and was able to replace the food disposal that was broken. Simon was professional. The lndry however s not draining properly. They gave a quote which was not covered by the Home warranty which was fine with us. They were to schedule another visit to address this. And that's when they ghosted us. Called and left voicemails with no return call. Finally found another company who was able to come out in 48hrs and took care of the problem. Finally able to do laundry again, after waiting for Dynamic Plumbing for almost 2 weeks.

Contractor came to my home via American Home Shield and cut 4 holes in drywall to fix pipe leak. After leaving, the contractor stated he only cut one hole. Luckily, the whole service was recorded on camera, not sure if they knew the entire property is under surveillance . Top tier scammers

I have American home shield home warranty. They came when I raised a request. It was to replace garage disposal and they submitted a claim it?s normal wear tear and claim was denied. They want 500 dollars to replace garage disposal. Worst service and they wasted my 100 dollars service request fee. Instead I could have got it done for 120 plus another 120 for the garage disposal

Easily set up a time for them to come out. Was quickly given a quote. In about 10 minutes started work. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Was a fantastic experience, I used the sites to ask for quotes, I received a call promptly that quoted a fair price, and the work was completed all in the same day They discovered a major issue midway through the project, quoted a reasonable charge to address the issue and crafted a custom solution to fix the issue on the spot Will be calling them again next time I need service
