"Paul from Dynamic Plumbing assessed the situation at my Wheaton townhome yesterday, explained my options, costs and probable effectiveness of each one. His honesty, knowledge and ethics will save me a ton of money. In addition, he'll provide me with a written report that I can share with my Condo Board and my neighbor. Unfortunately I live in an older townhouse community where building codes from forty years ago are colliding with new water saving toilets, and the results are not always favorable.
