Nick and his crew arrived late in the day but were determined to do the job and clear the clog so I wouldn't have to worry about it another day.

Honestly, the score would have been worse but the owner was a good kid and respectful. However, his associates in their work ethic, timing, and quality of service were poor. When you pay over 5K for a project you expect punctuality, top equipment, and a fine clean-up. I received known of those things. I feel I was overcharged on equipment and time. Frankly, Angi List I am surprised that they were A listed. If I had not called every time to see where they were I would still be waiting (I am still so, if they decide to come back once again to clear out my drains that still have dirt and water, pick the PVC pipe, and clean off my fence with dirt and muck on it, I am here). Did not communicate well and had to come back multiple times including when the pump did not work the first time and my house was almost flooded. At this point, if they come to finish great but this was an unacceptable chain of events.

Nick and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. If I could give them more stars I would.

Nick had some good reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. BIG Mistake. After initially trying to sell me on a $6500 pipe cleaning, I paid $950 for the one that had the problem because it was an addition that had its own drain field. This was done in April. I started having the same problem less than 3 months later. When I contacted Nick he IMMEDIATELY said "I'll come but it's $375". This was to clear the pipe again. I simply wanted him to come check his work. If there was a separate problem, of course I would pay but I'm certainly not paying 2x for a service I was told would last years. Then 5 no shows. I was constantly asking for updates and waiting. Horrible communication. One excuse after the other. When they finally did come (3wks later) it was at a time that he knew I had an appointment. They came into my private farm, opening my gate with a loose horse out. My cameras caught it all. When I asked why they were there he said most of his clients let him come when they're not home. I sure didn't authorize that. Nick then promised to stay on schedule and be here in the morning. I never heard from him again. I have reported them to the BBB and have to start over with a new company. I'm sure he's fine if you pay their high pricing and leave him alone? He initially said he just likes helping people. A lot of "yes Ma'am" and "God Bless". What a joke. So congrats Nick, you got me for nearly 1k but God sees everything.

I had a family party and someone flushed down some wipes, Nick and his crew were able to come the next morning and get me unclogged!

Very communicative and kept me informed these guys were very knowledgeable at what they did and it was great work.

I had 8ft of inlet 4" pipe replaced.they charged me 4,000.00 I found out from another company that the charge should have been no more than 1,200.00 called the company to complain about being grossly overcharged to no avail.would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had a company no show and I am very glad I made the decision to hire another company. They were punctual and handled my issue quick and professionally. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs

The pressure relief valve in the home water supply system on the outside wall was leaking. The owner and his associate came out, did no inspection, changed out the old valve for a new one, waited about about one minute and saw no drips, was paid $700 minus the 15% advertised senior discount, which I requested, and left. I checked the valve later and it was still leaking. I called and explained the problem. He wanted to put the issue on a water heater when he hadnt done any type of inspection/diagnostic procedures and refused to come back....bad business practice and customer service. I would have given his company a 0 rating if it had been listed. If the owner had tried resolving the issue, I would not be writing this review. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND his company....very poor customer service
