They sent a sales/technician to look over the job but it immediately turned in to an up sell. While some of the things they pointed out were valid (corroded under counter valves) , I was already aware of them and had decided that I could live without the update. They also tried to sell me a water filtration/purification system. I ended up hiring them because they pointed out that changing hose bibs on a frame house was tricky and that they would cut out around the stucco to used stuff they carried in their trucks to keep the pipes close to the framing cool while they were sweating off the old hose bibs. That seemed worth the higher price they were quoting to do the job (change out two hose bibs and the house shut off valve). When the tech showed up to do the job he was a nice guy and completed the job, but he did none of the stucco cutout that I had been promised. So I feel cheated that I paid for something I didn't receive.
