Floyd was a terrific project manager. He came by every day and checked up on the work and if we were satisfied. He was always prompt about communication. Colin is an amazing tile setter and did fantastic work. He was extremely polite and professional throughout the experience. The two assistants he brought with him a couple of days were also extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend Footprints and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Floyd was great and easy to work with. Quote was in line with what I received from others. Had a no show for the install however the next time his team did arrive as scheduled. Their quality of work was good and would use them again.

We chose Footprints even though their price was higher because Floyd took time to assess our project more thoroughly. We were not disappointed as his installer, Colin was meticulous in his work and had a good eye for detail. I highly recommend this company and will hire them for the next project.
