"This company is absolutely awesome! Just because he took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Giving me that peace of mind I needed. Mind you they already quoted me a price and made sure I stood in my budget. I know I am a very strong personality. And he took the time to calm down and that means a lot. "I had been having issues with my toilet flushing and overflowing for 5 days. Another plumber had been out twice. They tried several things and were able to clean out part of the clog but we're unable to resolve the issue fully. They recommend I find a plumber with a camera to scope the sewer line. I have a 1940s house with original cast iron pipes, so I was expecting the worst. I went to Angi's list and found Dave's Plumbing. I checked Google Reviews and they were ALL good! I called and spoke to Mario who was very helpful. He arranged for Dave to come out with a camera the next morning (Saturday, at no extra charge). Dave was great; very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time with a helper and all the equipment they needed to do the job. It didn't take him long find the problem. He showed me the images on the scream while scoping the pipe and explained to me what we were seeing and how he'd fix it, which he did! It's nice to have a professional who listens to the customer and can explain everything in layman's terms without intimidating. The price was very fair (less than other quotes). I feel i got my money's worth with no hassle at all. Dave and his helper saved our holidays! The work is guaranteed for 3 months. ""JD The Plumber" arrived on time. We reviewed the work to be done and agreed on a fixed price quote. He replaced 2 bathroom sink faucets. He R&R shut-off valves and water lines in both bathrooms and kitchen. Also, he R&R a thermal expansion tank on our electric water heater. Regardless of unexpected challenges which led to added time, JD honored his quote. I found JD to be a man of his word, polite and hard working. He is an efficient and experienced plumber. I would certainly hire him again and strongly recommend his services."
