Benjamin Franklin provided more than enough notice of the appointment. The gentleman was on time and provided great advice on our rental unit. He adjusted the valves and assured us that they were in fine working condition. Because little work was performed, he did not charge us for services. I highly respect that and will certainly be calling them for future plumbing needs.
