"After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind. They really felt bad and wanted to make sure hey helped me the best they could. I appreciated the humanity just as much as the work. I HIGHLY recommend them. They surprised me with what they accomplished and how they made me feel at ease."

The technicians, Dwayne and Keyrox did a great job in the installation of our air condition. Everything was neat and clean by the time they left the house. "I had an emergency situation with an overflowing toilet and really needed someone to fix the problem ASAP. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I explained to Matthew I would need a new boiler. He went a step further and offered to replace and reconnect my basement heating loop and pump. They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day.
