They damaged my oil tank and the owner LANCE refused to even speak to me on the phone about it. Claimed no responsibility and would not let his remotes give me his number to discuss.

Service was prompt and excellent. Marvin quickly resolved the issue and determined the cause and suggested a yearly maintenance plan. The service representative (on the phone) did not inform me that if I request the service during a weekday that the price would be $50 less. I could have waited.

They called me immediately, 2 minutes after submitting the project. I scheduled an appointment and was quoted a round about figure. When he arrived just as scheduled he did the job well and I was very satisfied witht he results.

Call out fee was reasonable, called him to fix a specific problem, funny smell coming from a finished attic room, he felt it might be due to a leak from a pipe, his suggestion was that we open a wall behind the toilet to check the pipes there,he was upfront about the fact that I would have to pay someone else to fix the wall afterwards, but when asked what we would do if we could not detect the problem in the pipe he was rather noncommital, I would rather have a better plan in place before I start tearing my walls open. I had a blocked sink elsewhere in the house he fixed that for a sum that included the call out.

They were very professional, and the work was completed quickly and neatly. When we found that one joint was leaking slightly, they came back in the evening and stayed 'till after 11:00 pm to fix it
