He provided helpful information on our options in purchasing a new tank, or he could purchase one for us if we preferred. He was absolutely prompt and professional, and even improved our flue for better venting which we never would have known to do. He charged us exactly what was quoted over the phone and we felt his price was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday job. I will be calling him in the future and will recommend him to friends and neighbors."

Adam --locked in-- my pricing with a 50% deposit, and performed my installation as per my schedule (there was a 10% price hike coming at the beginning of 2019). "Randy from R & R Masonry and his crew did an excellent job. I had water leaking into the basement. They dug down outside and found two small holes which they patched and put waterproof concrete along the whole side wall and installed a drainage pipe to keep water away from the basement wall. They put sealer around flashing of the windows. I also had them replace the step at the back door which had patio steps that kept coming loose. They put one concrete step and I had them install a railing too. I also had them repair the concrete wall of the bilco door too. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them."

"Five Star Bath Solutions is "up there" cost wise. However, and this is important, the products and services they offer are awesome! They removed a closet and existing shower, with little overall mess (a miracle, given how another company got plaster dust and dirt in most of my home). They then custom designed and installed a beautiful, large shower with all of the "bells and whistles" (glass doors, wall attached seat, shelves, grab bar, high end showerhead, floors, ceilings and sides all match and are NOT tiled, so no grout). They also custom made moldings around the outside of the shower, to cover spaces where the old shower and small closet had been...other high end companies said they wouldn't do that for me, that I'd have to hire a contractor. I'd include photos, but can't figure out how to do that...suffice it to say that my shower looks as if it's in a showroom."
