Faced with a suddenly leaking air conditioner toward summer's end, I didn't know if this was something that could be fixed, or if it would even be worth fixing. I'm very glad I decided to try. I found M&R on HomeAdvisor and e-mailed them last night (after hours). Rene called me first thing this morning, explained what he thought the problem was and said he could come this afternoon. I was much encouraged by our telephone conversation, and I was even more impressed when Rene and his partner, Marvin, arrived. They were very pleasant and courteous (even to my cats and dogs), quite knowledgeable and extremely professional. They explained everything as they went along, worked diligently, and left my home even cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely hire M&R again! Also, I would recommend them to anyone else who needed help with their air conditioning and/or heating.

They were on time .they call me to keep an update of when they were coming .the work was clean . They showed me where the prob was in the A/C and how to IÂ’ll avoid this problem in the future. I would recommend and use them again

I knew from talking to Renee on the phone, that he was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. He proved it even more when he arrived, exactly on time ! He and his partner cleaned and serviced 2 window air conditioning units , and explained everything they were doing. They look like brand new, and work so efficiently ! And I can't believe the price....the others gave me quotes of over $200, but M & R charged me only $160. I wish them the best of luck with their business, and recommend them highly.
