Elite Piping Solutions is an amazing company. I wish I could give them a 6-star rating because they are truly exceptional! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient at every step of the process. They followed up on my query within a couple of hours, came to inspect exactly on the dot, did the research to get me the top-of-the-line replacement, and gave me a very competitive estimate. I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. Other estimates I got were much higher, including extra charges for coming within a day. Another company would not or could not replace my system (which is top of the line) and added additional charges for "adjustments'! This company is the best!

They did a great job. They came to fix a leaking toilet bowl and it actually had to be replaced. They picked up the new toilet bowl and supplies and finished the job. Elite was reliable and professional. The cost was reasonable. I am hiring them again to fix the plumbing in my other bathroom.

Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home.

I needed two boilers and a hot water heater replaced. Billy and his crew did a beautiful job, everything done perfectly, neatly and quickly. I was very impressed. His fees are reasonable, no ripoff. This is a definite five plus stars. Highly recommended .

From the appearance the job looked good, but there was a wet sink and a half bathroom that has not been used for many years and they removed all of the piping to those fixtures without my permission. There was also a fuel oil leak that I had to fix.

For all who are reading this. What this customer is accusing me of is false. We were hired to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one. He had an old bathroom right next to the boiler room which was out of service. All the water pipes were cut out. He is stating we cut them out to keep the scrap, which is BS since he put all the scrap and the old boiler in the back of his truck. The customer stayed with us the whole time watching every move.
