Forest was the most prompt, knowledgeable and comprehensive of the 4 contractors we contacted. Our boiler/heating system was installed incorrectly from the start, so what was supposed to be a quick job turned into something more extensive since he had to rewire all our zones so all the components worked together properly. It was more expensive than we intended, but he also fixed an major and ongoing issue for us, which we appreciated since we have a tenant. He also potentially saved us a $10K plus equipment replacement by diagnosing a very small issue (a $35 heat sensor needed replacing). That's priceless when money is tight. As for the people saying he's rude: he's not. He's direct, not to mention intentional in his work, which anyone with eyes and a brain can recognize as deep knowledge of the equipment and procedures. He is now our go-to technician: we don't trust anyone else with our boiler and will only call him with any further jobs.

Prior to hiring Quick HVAC, INC. I spent $875 dollars with another HVAC company. They were suggesting that I change my furnace which would have cost me thousands of dollars. When I called quick HVAC INC, he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. I honestly have to say that I was impressed by knowledge and experience in HVAC. He certainly gain a customer with me for life. Great job Quick HVAC, INC. My furnace system is working amazingly.

Do not hire. He changed pricing once he got here my boiler started leaking the day after he left. He came back said he didn?t touch that part would not reimburse me or fix the leak

What if they complain to me that the relief valve is broken after replacing the oil filter and the nozzle? I told them to ask another plumber to find out whose fault it was.

I was quoted $340 on phone. He changed filter,said water/ air needs to be done, asked for hose and said it was complete. I paid additional for water/air. Charged 350 then said with tax 381. Next day there s water leaking from boiler. I called him. He came over and said he didn t touch it, faulty part, he s not responsible. I asked for refund. He left with water still leaking. It was after hours no one at Angie s available called the next day

I did replace oil filter and nozzle and bleed air out. Customer complained Relief valve is leaking . I didnÂ’t touch it and also this is different problem.

The repair came in, looked at our ac unit. W/o opening, or touching the unit. He told us that "it needed a new roller". Then, he suggested that we "buy a new ac unit". He asked for payment; $117.79. We paid him, and he left. The entire experience lasted no longer than 2-3 minutes. Besides, never even touching the unit. He did not prove his diagnosis. As, far as I'm concerned, he could've said anything to me. And, I feel thats exactly what he did. If my unit did need a new roller? Wouldn't he travel; to repair ac units, w that part? Or, at least be able to access it quickly? That was the fastest $117.79 that I ever spent?!
