FM plumbing and heating is the best company I can recommend they are licensed and insured in Nassau and Suffolk county for big and small jobs . Felix is great and very honest person. I will always recommend him 100%

Felix Mejia was hired to install new plumbing in my new renovated basement. Was a very big job. Plumbing Roughing for Shower sink toilet Bar sink and dishwasher Sewer ejector pump underground drain , plumbing, Whilst obtaining permits I have been advised FELIX IS NOT LICENSED. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE IS FRAUD. HE INSTALLS FAULTY EQUIPMENT (HE INSTALLED A FAULTY HEAT PUMP IN MY NEW BOILER AND A FAULTY CHECK VALVE IN THE EJECTOR PUMP. HE DOES NOT KNOW TOWN CODE. HE ASKED ME TO PAY HIM 2700 DOLLARS TO OBTAIN PERMITS (TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE) I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE PLUMBERS TIPS WEBSITE.

I had an emergency situation with an overflowing toilet and really needed someone to fix the problem ASAP. As a new homeowner, I didn’t have a plumber on call as this was my first issue since purchasing in 22’. I called a few companies and also put in a request here. One company came out, told me what needed to be done but something didn’t feel right. At the same time Felix (FM Plumbing & Heating) advised me as to what he thought the issue was and I got a good feeling from his conversation and guidance. I made the decision not to go with the other company and they quickly changed their tune and wanted to do what they already told me couldn’t be done….they were going to charge me an astronomical price but then dropped their price once I said ‘no thanks.’ Felix was genuine and honest from the door! He came in, did the work which was awesome and explained everything to me. My advice when you need a great plumber? Trust your instincts and trust FM Plumbing & Heating! I’m so glad I did. Thanks again Felix!!
