Polanco Bros Landscaping, LLC

I hired this company because of the great reviews on this site. For starters Polanco Bros does not do the actual concrete work, a different company with other people come and do the work. My concrete cracked, and when I complained to the company owner over the phone he was rude and brushed me off, saying that is normal for concrete to crack. Are you kidding me? Definitely look elsewhere and be sure the person you hire is the one doing the work.

Hugo is a great landscaper, awesome ideas , professional and above all responsible with his time and work ethic. He's always available and does amazing work . Very reasonable with his pricing . Also provides incredible masonry work . My house value has jumped nearly 200 thousand dollars becuase of there amazing work .

Even before I hired him, I could tell he was passionate about his workâ which sold me even before he started.. But once I saw the finished product, I was completely blown away. The project came out so much bette than I could have ever imagined. Even had a few cars stop in the middle of the street to get his info. My neighbors are completely jealous. Would recommend hands down.

Our experience with Polanco Bros Landscaping was amazing. The owner Hugo and his workers were all very professional, kindhearted and the final results far exceeded our vision for our front yard. We've had neighbors stop us and talk to us for the first time since we moved to Queens. This is how breathtaking the landscaping results turned out to be, that people who never spoke to us, found a way to tell us how amazing the work was. It was money well spent, an investment into the beauty of our home.

Hugo was a pleasure to deal with. Came out to do an estimate immediately, worked with me on figuring out the best plan for the area we had. Project started and finished as scheduled. Great finished product, look forward to working together again on the next round of landscaping.

We used Hugo and Polanco Brothers last April for a Spring Cleanup, and we were in desperate need for one this season, but had to wait until June to get it done. We called him to return to do the job again and we have to say he continues to provide the Best Landscape Maintenance Experience Imaginable. There was a tree that needed to be removed this time, as well as a major clean up and lawn care in the front and back yards. They worked non stop for three hours and made the property look as if we had just moved in. An INCREDIBLE job. They were completely professional, prompt, and thorough. They did little things we didn't even ask for, like move our firewood pile, remove all debris, and make everything so neat and clean, it was stunning. And this, all for exactly the price that was quoted in the estimate. WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY LOW for the amount of work. The value / cost ratio was first rate. You don't get this kind of friendly and expert service for this kind of price. Never once did he try to up sell us, or suggest something that we hadn't asked for. We will NEVER use anyone else. They are absolutely the best at what they do. You CANNOT do wrong if you choose Hugo and The Polanco Brothers.
