"Mr Woolever came to give us an estimate to move oddly placed kitchen cabinets. He gave us a better idea about where to move them so as to maximize their use. And he did the cabinet move for a great price. While he was at our home, we discussed the problem with the garage door, he noticed the garage door frame was slanted. Upon further inspection, he found the header beam was split. So Mr Woolever suggested it should be fixed immediately. Our garage door service company concurred. So within a day of the cabinet job being finished, he also finished reframing the garage opening. Needless to say, the garage door seals, and our home is much warmer. Both jobs at an amazing price....and top notch customer service and craftsmanship. He even cleaned up some of our mess when he was tidying up from his work. Very highly recommended. Thank you."

"After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind. They really felt bad and wanted to make sure hey helped me the best they could. I appreciated the humanity just as much as the work. I HIGHLY recommend them. They surprised me with what they accomplished and how they made me feel at ease."

"This was a complicated project involving removal of an electric meter and gas meter, installing a new electric panel, disconnecting and removing a stove, dishwasher, sink, installing a new water heater and removing two old ones;and also capping a gas line and finding and fixing leaks in the gas lines. The work crews arrived on time, were courteous and good humored, and finished in the allotted three days, with minimum disruption to the family's routine. The charges were the ones included in the estimates, with no extra costs. The company took care of filing the necessary permits and scheduling the necessary inspections by the utilities and town building inspectors. All of this was taken care of with the utmost proficiency. The company has an after-hours phone line for employees to get in touch with tech support when needed. But the most important thing from my perspective was the fact that the workers seemed to enjoy their work and all of them put in 12-hour days, when some of them could have left at a normal hour because they were not needed to "finish up." They just wanted to be around in case they were needed. Finally, the office staff was immediately responsive to phone calls and messages. We were also happy to have found one company to take care of the entire project, both the electric and the plumbing. This company is the best I have ever worked with."

"I had an emergency situation with an overflowing toilet and really needed someone to fix the problem ASAP. As a new homeowner, I didn’t have a plumber on call as this was my first issue since purchasing in 22’. I called a few companies and also put in a request here. One company came out, told me what needed to be done but something didn’t feel right. At the same time Felix (FM Plumbing & Heating) advised me as to what he thought the issue was and I got a good feeling from his conversation and guidance. I made the decision not to go with the other company and they quickly changed their tune and wanted to do what they already told me couldn’t be done….they were going to charge me an astronomical price but then dropped their price once I said ‘no thanks.’ Felix was genuine and honest from the door! "I own an air conditioning company, so I understand the value of service. I had a clogged kitchen sink that I tried to clear myself. Unfortunately, I only had a 25 foot snake and it just wasn't long enough to reach the clog. When I called a few places near me, I got the same attitude when I explained that I know how to remove the trap, check the garbage disposal, etc, etc. They knew they were not going to take advantage of me, so they just threw a high price at me and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I then checked HomeAdvisor and saw Draino Sewer Cleaning's reviews. I filled out the online service request last night and within minutes, the owner was on the phone with me. I appreciate how fast he called. He listened to me explain my problem and respected the fact that I knew how to remove the trap, snake the main line, etc. I asked for a price and he gave me an extremely fair and "firm" price. I asked how his guys would know if it's just a clog in the kitchen line or the main line, and he said: "since every other sink and toilet works, it can't be the main sewer line". He assured me it would just be the kitchen line. Right there I knew he was honest, so I scheduled an appointment for the next day. He told me his guy would be there between 10-12pm. He showed up at 9:45am, which was great because I needed to get to my office. The technician Pete put a tarp down on the floor, removed the trap, carefully removed the water with his own bucket (didn't ask me for anything because he was well prepared) and brought in a 50 foot snake. He extended the entire 50 foot length through the pipe, snaked it back out and at the end was a baby wipe! Those things will destroy your entire plumbing system. He replaced the trap and waited to see that the drain was clear. Pete was a nice guy, very clean when working and did a great job. I paid, gave Pete a tip and will have them come back once a year to clear the main drains to the house just as a preventative measure in the future. Great company!"

I explained to Matthew I would need a new boiler. He went a step further and offered to replace and reconnect my basement heating loop and pump.
