"This was my first experience with Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. While attempting to install a bidet attachment to my half-bath toilet, I found that the shut-off valve to the toilet was malfunctioning. I jumped on my computer and homeadvisor.com recommended Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing (in addition to another company). I called T & G yesterday to make an appointment and we scheduled it for today. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and completed the work quickly, including installing the bidet attachment at my request. Matt Smith was a pleasure. He was professional, friendly, complied with the current COVID-19 rules, explained the work that he did, and left my bathroom as clean and dry as it was when he arrived. Now I know who to call in the future!!"

"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had.
