"I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

"I received a call back within an hour. They sent a young man the next day. He worked diligently to put my Christmas lights around the columns on my front porch and across the areas between the columns. He set the timer. Everything worked, all was lit. It did not take him long to complete the job."

"My backyard was not conducive to having 3 dogs. Jake was able to get my yard cleared, even it out and add a new fence that the dogs couldnâ t escape from. "Steve Cole and his Sunscapes Landscaping crew did a phenomenal job on my property. I originally thought I could only afford a Spring clean-up of a collapsed retaining wall in my backyard but I talked to Steve about a future plan to install stone steps down a slope in the yard.. After an inspection of my backyard, Steve gave me such an affordable, reasonable price that I found I could have both projects done now. Sunscapes did my yard clean-up and the installation of ten 450 lb. stone steps in one day. I was amazed at the dramatic improved look of my yard and Iâm sure what Sunscapes did increased my property value significantly. I couldnât be happier or more satisfied with what Sunscapes Landscaping & Property Maintenance did for me."

He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! "Here's the REVIEW: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH! Called them on Monday, service call and on Tuesday, Jack was here at 9 am. Here's the best thing: he figured the problem in 30 minutes, explained both the problem and how to fix it, throughly answered all of our questions, had all the equipment and supplies needed, AND completed the work in 3 hours that very day. Her's the backstory: When our electrical service blew, we contacted Cooper Electric on HomeAdvisor. The tech was really late with no phone call and couldn't figure out the problem. Asked that we call the office to schedule a followup service call. Did that: we were told the next available appt was 2 weeks out. Imagine a holiday party in 2 days with candles and flashlights and no cooking. We were without any electric, 2 weeks was ridiculous, and the cost estimate was unreasonable. The office person said he was a 20-yr electrician who said he didn't understand the tech's notes. Talk about LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE--you're getting the picture, right? Of course we fired them. Moral of the story ELECTRICMASTERS IS YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!!"
