Overall an experience of stellar customer service. From the consultant Jeremy, to his manager John, the installers Ethan W., Jake G., and Tristan P., and the plumber who made some small adjustments the day after installation, kudos all around. We had an immediate health-related need for a walk-in shower. All the West Shore associates worked together to quickly get the job done for us. The installers were professional, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. The shower is easy to use, easy to clean, and looks very high-end. I would also like to commend the folks that answer the customer support line. I called and decided not to leave a message, and they called me back to check with me immediately. I was on the line with John, the manager who was very helpful and scheduled a plumber to come to the house the next day. It was quite a comforting feeling to get a return call at the same time John was taking excellent care with followup on with our installation. West Shore delivered on their 100% satisfaction guaranteed for certain.

Misled on product . Shitty work and there supposed to be 1 day install and it is been way longer than 1 day and still not complete would never hire them for anything plumbing started leaking after unprofessional installer tried to do plumbing which is not even his job .

We had new showers replaced in our Hallway and Master Bedroom. We had two teams here and both were very professional and easy to work with. Both Teams completed the shower installs in 3 days. The Hall Bathroom and Master Bathroom Showers look great! They had the wrong door size for the Master bath and they said they will come back to finish as soon as the door comes in. The first Team was Ethan, Jake, and Owen. They did a great job on the Hall bath. I cant remember the 2nd team that did the Master, but they also did a great job! The work was done om 8/29-8/31

Ethan. W and Jake. G did a great job. I had a bath tub torn out and replace with a shower, looks great and i wish i had done it sooner. They both walked me thru everything they were doing and even took picture of what they had just finished. When job was done they cleaned up everything, my rug is cleaner then before. I give them 5 stars each and hope they get them. They both were very professional, good job guys.

Installed new walk in shower. Quinn S and Dalton W were very professional and courteous about keeping us informed on the progress of the work. (Of course I ask questions along the way.). Would recommend to our friends and family. Thanks Quinn and Dalton.
