    I was super open to hiring improve it but felt very pressured at the in home estimate. I was told it was supposed to be a hassle free quote and the time window they said was 45-90 mins. The whole appointment ended up taking 3 hours? the rep that came out would not let me leave after stating multiple times that I needed time to think as well as look at other quotes. The product/service looked really nice as far as quality and craftsmanship which is what drew me to this company but the rep herself made me feel super uncomfy, especially after calling her boss to convince me to sign that day. I?m not an impulsive person and I?m also renovating my whole house so it?s pressure enough. Felt like she would not leave until I signed that day after first hearing about them and also made me late to work because she ran so over. It was so impersonal and transactional which ruined my trust with the company. I?m sure the company is great from looking at other reviews as well, sadly it was ruined by their saleswoman.

    Improve it remodeled our bathroom. We had an original bathroom that was about 25 years old. Improve it came in a modernized it and it looks so much nicer, the floor also doesn't squeak anymore too. The reason for the lower stars is that the salesman was a bit pushy and used manipulative sales tactics. I have also used their lifetime warranty/support a few times and I get scheduled in a day or 2. I'm very happy with their support so far. Overall, I'm happy with my choice with improve it

    My wife and I are very happy with our bathroom remodel. All we had to do ourselves is pick out our paint color and paint our bathroom. The step in shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and exhaust fan we ordered all had the quality we wanted and expected. ImProvit have a lifetime warranty on everything they did plus the lifetime warranty is transferable to new owners if we ever decided to sell our home. Other bathroom remodel companies only offered us the step in shower with a one day turnaround to install. We would have to hire someone else to install the toilet, vanity, lighting and exhaust fan. We didnâ t like the idea of having 3 maybe 4 different contractors working on one small bathroom at the same time and if something went wrong with the project the only ones to blame would be ourselves. Only thing left for us to do now is hire another quality contractor to do our floors in our bathroom and master bedroom at the same time now.

    It took them twice as long as they stated to get started. Did not come at the agreed upon time when they did, put up the wrong colored and wrong sized walls, so they had to redo it. It took them so long to redo that I finally called and asked for a reduced price to keep what was in there, and wha-la they were ready to redo it the next day. It's still not right, and when I called them to come look at it, all of a sudden, it's because my wall is not straight. I was told the base was slip resistant and would not stain - bull on both. For $10,000, I expected a lot more.
