In hopes of finally getting through this ordeal, I reached out to Brian and explained my situation. I was immensely relieved when he readily and willingly took on the task of helping me get my plans approved for the spa I wanted to open. We worked as a team with the contractor to ensure we had all the correct information. One of the things I really appreciated about Brian was his openness; if he wasn't sure about something, he had no problem asking me, knowing that I had already started working on my own plan approval to assist the first architect.
