Getz Sewer and Water Repair

If you want to hear about a professional, efficient, and honest small business, read on. I had a clogged sewer line. Several plumbers tried diagnosing the problem but none really had a good solution- snake augurs and sewer cameras were parading through my home. It ultimately was determined that I needed to replace the sewer line. I got quotes from the 3 or 4 plumbers I saw, and also called Getz. I'm glad I did. Justin and his crew were professional, capable, and they bid significantly lower than everyone else. I had a higher degree of confidence in them not only because they're building a new business and need to make a name for themselves, but also because they don't use the same corporate sales tactics to pay someone large commissions when they think they have me by the balls. Justin does amazing work! Prior to completing anything, he thoroughly inspected my home and asked lots of questions. Justin also provided detailed information about recommendations to amend my plumbing issues. His team came out to complete a larger project. They were prompt, professional and kept me informed of what was happening during their time on the project. I will continue hiring Justin for future work on my home. Justin, Matthew and the team were freaking AMAZING! Great group of folks who are fair and make every effort to keep the customer in the loop about the things they are doing! I needed the cast iron piping replaced in my new to me home! They provided a quote and started when they said and worked many hours to get it completed on time. We had a "bump in the road" with the sewer line. They explained the issue, quoted me a fair, actually, more than fair price, and proceeded to replace the line! In all of this process, they could have come back and said the cost is going to be more; THEY DID NOT! They were true to their word. I HIGHLY recommend this family-owned company. They have excellent work ethic, and more importantly, they are of good character! My new family for sure!

Quick response time

By the time we got there at 8:30 a.m., they were there working. They already had everything set up and had a large hole dug. Matthew, Zack, and Justin worked together to dig with shovels close to the wall. George manned the backhoe. Between the four of them, they were done and driving away by 11:30 AM. Mission accomplished.  They put our stone border back together, re-established the planting bed, and most importantly, they replaced the broken water joint in our 18-inch-thick stone foundation. The materials used were top-notch. Their expertise and skill were impressive. They were motivated to do a great job. They did just that. We watched and asked a lot of questions, which they patiently answered while working. All in all, they were professional and worth the money spent. I would hire them again. Even George remarked how well the job turned out, considering the magnitude of the effort, the size of the hole, and the logistics of cutting an existing line running through a stone wall.
