"Noticed a small amount of water in my hot water heater pan last week and knew it could let go at any moment and flood the basement so I called K&M. They came out the next morning (could have come out that afternoon but I was not available), got to work, removed the old tank and put in the new tank in a quick and professional manner. "We waited over two months before leaving our review of Abba & Mar Plumbing because we've had faux fixes before. Abba & Mar Plumbing finally fixed a months' long issue. They were the third master plumber to come out in addition to a handyman. We had water appearing on the shower floor and sometimes around the garden tub. The other two master plumbers both said the same thing, we needed a new shower door. The handyman actually cut a hole in the wall by the tub. Turns out, they were actually on to something. Long story short, Abba suggested cutting an access door in the side of the garden tub as he thought that's where the leak was coming from after going down into the crawlspace. We gave him permission to proceed. After cutting an opening through the tub, sure enough it was wet and we could see the leak. So, the pipe was replaced and a door added to the side of the tub. While in the crawlspace, Jose noticed another leak coming from the toilet in the master bath. Fixed it too."

He told me they use Bradford White water heaters and my research showed they are among the top brands. The price they quoted included the expansion tank called for by new codes. Another company quoted an extra $100 for it. The All Advance team arrived as promised, and were very professional again answering all of my questions. The emptying/removal of my old water heater & installation of the new one, took less than 1-1/2 hours. Time for my first hot shower in 3 days, Thanks!!!"
