We were going to get 3 quotes but decided on USA after just one additional quote because of the sales team presentation, no pressure offers and competitive pricing. The sales team was on point with discounts, scheduling and payment options. The install team were also informative, explained the process, would engage me if an issue was discovered and work with me for resolution. In fact we order the attic door cover and it was to small to install but the team explained the situation and advised that the issue would be resolved within the week.
