My water heater got flooded due to the recent hurricane rains. Chen Plumbing came out same day and was able to get a new water heater installed in less than an hour. I appreciate their technician's professionalism and attention to detail as well. Thank you!

Listens, sees the problems, and fixes the problem. Helps the other problems that were caused by the original problem. Will only call Tim Chen for plumbing. Glad we finally found them.

Everything was done to perfection. No complaints whatsoever on the work and the speed in which it was done. Juan was awesome and took care in explaining what was needed to address the problems. I've not had plumbing work done in some years, so was a bit surprised on the price though.

Cody was great. He actually needed to refer me to a restoration company, which he did immediately, and they were able to come out the same day. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. This is the second time we have used Chen Plumbing. The first time Matt came to our house and was equally. as professional and nice. We appreciate them!

I called Tim Chenâ s plumbing after 7:00 on a FRIDAY to fix a ceiling leak in my tenantâ s apartment. They came out WITHIN THE HOUR. He figured out the problem quickly and the charge was very affordable. I have definitely found my plumber!!
