We signed with Premier home pros on May 14, 2025, for what was promised to be a 2-3 day, shower remodel. Instead, it turned into an 8 week ordeal with repeated return trips, broken promises, and mounting frustration. Nothing went right. Only after contacting the corporate office, did the local franchise agree to provide the promised pivot door at no cost. The installed shower pan was not level and flexed under foot. They had to cut out the initial shower pan and replace it with a new shower pan. The window kit had to be installed numerous times before they were able to accomplish its installation in a way that looked professional. Even their own, Field Manager could not believe the poor job that was initially done. It ended up being the most painful experience of dealing with a company in my 73 years of life. If you hire them, you best get everything in writing because their word means nothing.

The two gentlemen that did the installation worked tediously through out the day. I didn't expect it to be completed in one day. They worked into the evening and finished. They did leave a couple of there items behind. Did an excellent job. Love my walk in shower.

After I fell in the tub in my new home, it was always my intention to replace the tub and the tiny, slippery shower cubicle with a safe walk-in shower. Going with Premier was a no brainer they installed a gorgeous, SAFE walk-in shower customized especially for me. The floor has grooves that keep me from slipping. There are two hand hold bars that keep me steady on my feet. They even installed a stone bench inside the custom shower stall so that I can sit comfortably when needed. Premier offers so many colors of real stone that it was hard to choose. The installers were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Way to Premier!

Premier Home Pros worked on two of my bathrooms this week. The work completed is outstanding and beautiful. It took only THREE short days to redo two bathroom tubs/showers. The team was on time, courteous, and professional. They did not stop for breaks. The team always kept the work area clean, and after the job was completed they left my two bathrooms spotless. Art & Christian were very polite, helpful with any questions, showed up on time, and worked the long hours needed. I highly recommend this group for any of your home improvement needs. THERE WAS A 5 MONT DELAY FROM CONTRACT SIGNING T\O COMPLETION OF THE WORKTHO THEPROBLEM WAS NOT THEIR , THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE THE INFORMATION TO ME. THE WORK ITSELF WAS MOST SATISFACTORY.

The sales guy was very good and friendly. The installers were very nice, however they did not do a great job of installing the shower. We have the sealer smeared on out walls and the shower doors would not close correctly. It took over a month for them to finally come out and fix them. They kept giving me a day and time to come but they never showed up. The shower works great, but the installer were very messy with their work.

It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim
