"Most professional plumber I have ever met. He figured out the first problem (we hired him for two more); gave me the estimate. I told him to proceed. Then I asked him to fix another problem. He gave me the estimate and proceeded to fix the problem and explain why our earlier fix didn't work. Then I hired him for a very big project -- replace the motor in our whirlpool tub. He tried to get old motor to work. That didn't happen. He explained he had called the manufacturer and we needed a new motor and gave the price of the motor and his labor. We said to proceed. The motor was sent in days and the repair made. He never left a mess and he worked quickly."

"Brandon the owner showed up on time as we discussed. He was very thorough when trying to find the issue. After about 30 minutes he found the electrical issue with my freezer and had it back up and running with a return visit because the parts had to be ordered. He even provided me with a temporary freezer until the part came in. If I have any issues with any of my refrigerator equipment I will definitely contact colder climate again and recommend him to anyone who has issues with their equipment."

"Half of my project was installing and burying a drainage line to pull water away from my home. Brandon, Sergio, and Terrence did an exceptional job! From the moment they arrived, until completion, they were very courteous and willing to explain any and all questions I had. They even installed and buried an additional drain line from my gutter downspout next to the drain line they were installing and connected it to the yardwell along with their drain line. I would definitely recommend Mount Valley based on the work and character of each of these guys. They reflect good on this company!"
