"We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future."

"Georgia Counter Crew Services did a fantastic job. I hired them to cut out a larger hole in my granite countertop to accept a new gas cooktop. Fernando was extremely prompt and informative through the whole bid process, and explained every detail of their scope of service. They were able to fit me into their schedule and get the work done within a day of hiring. At my house, they were extremely careful and clean - took considerable time to cover all hardwood floors and countertops, and installed a dust collection â tentâ to contain the dust, and thoroughly vacuumed and wiped down all nearby surfaces when they were finished with the cut. They even went above and beyond to make absolutely certain the new cooktop fit securely and helped to fasten to countertop and caulk the perimeter, at my request. I could not have been happier with the services provided - will definitely use again!"

"I had a cheaply done vinyl tile click-together floor put in my kitchen as a rush job when i bought my 1960s house a couple of years ago by some local random handy man types. Hated it. The tiles came apart open seams everywhere. Awful. Decided I wanted to replace it, so I selected Empire. Sales rep came out the next day with samples and was very upfront. Not the cheapest option out there, but you're getting a quality product and excellent service and installation. Initial quote to do just the kitchen was crazy high in my opinion, but after a couple of phone calls and accepting my counter offer, we came up with what I thought was a fair enough price. Scheduled the install for a few days later, even though Empire could have come out the next day if I wanted. Installer called me over an hour in advance to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. Quick walk through of the kitchen, talked through removal of furniture and appliances, and had me look at the flooring to make sure it was what I had selected. Install took about 5.5 hours for two men. Moved all my furniture and appliances out, pulled up the old tiles, showed me what they needed to do to prep the sub floor, laid the floor, replaced all the trim, moved furniture and appliances back, and then cleaned up and removed all debris to be hauled away. Very pleased with the end result and looks so much better than the kitchen floor I had before. Highly recommended!"
