TJ and Darian installed our shower, and their service was spot-on! Their personalities were very pleasant. Very professional, explained what was to be done to install the shower and work was performed in one day. Outstanding job, cleanup was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend them!

This is our 2nd bathroom being updated by Jacuzzi this month. Our team both times were Nate and Darien, with a new helper, Daniel. All 3 are professional and knowledgable. They know their job. My new tub and bath enclosure looks great! I am more than happy with these technicians, as well as my overall experience with Jacuzzi. Would highly recommend.

Five stars for Jacuzzi installers Mike and Erik. They remodeled my bath room by replacing my tub and installing new walls for the shower and tub areas and installing new fixtures on 2/7/23. They completed the job in one day and were were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional, The bath work was beautiful.

Acting as our company's project manager, my husband and I do most of the projects in our rental homes. However, replacing the tub with a shower wasn't something we wanted to tackle in our two-story condo. The unit is three stories up with a spiral staircase between the lower and upper floors. A total of four levels! Moving the 50-year-old tub from the condo's upper floor prevented us from hiring most acrylic step-in shower companies. A contractor suggested we use a fiberglass shower but I was looking for a more high-end look. I was thrilled when Jacuzzi agreed to take on the job and even happier with the price. Although several thousand more than a fiberglass shower and tile, I felt the price was worth the value, especially with the lifetime warranty. Mike and Erik were the installers and began the day's installation at 8:00 AM. They worked efficiently and effectively getting along well. The installation was clean and extremely well done. The materials were top quality and the work was highly skilled. I am very pleased with my Jacuzzi step-in shower and plan to use them for future bath renovations.

I had them do two projects in my home. The first was the conversion of a standard alcove bathtub in to a shower enclosure, which included demolition of the tub and faux marble shower walls, replacement and relocation of the mixing valve and control, and installation of their pan, shower walls, hardware and glass doors. Excellent work. The second project was full redesign of my master bath wet area. The existing shower stall and large garden tub with jets was replaced by an 84 inch shower pan and built-in bench. The two existing water supplies were used to create a new shower and a handheld. This was a very complex job requiring pipe reroute and incorporating a large privacy window that had been above the tub. The entire team did an excellent job on both projects. Quality and professionalism were top notch. Special shout out to Elias and Xavier. This was a great experience and I am 1000% satisfied.

Elias and xavier were professional, punctual and were able to save the other tile in my bathroom with minimal damage. They had a great attitude and were very thoughtful about protecting the rest of my house from the mess and cleaning after. The few tiles that were damaged they were able to put back.

The installers, Elias, Xavier & Mike did an excellent job. They startef on time & did not leave until the job was complete. Took very good care of my home & left it clean.
