He worked quickly and efficiently to replace a hose bib on this 130 year old house despite the decrepit basement. He then repaired the guts of a toilet. All finished with two major headaches within two hours. He was both pleasant and professional. I will hire him again whenever this old house tries to get the better of me."

"I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"Working with Roto-Rooter was a phenomenal experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing or sewer issues. My issues began on a Sunday morning when I discovered my basement utility sink was backing up. Within two hours of contacting Roto-Rooter I had a plumber at my door. He began investigating the situation and discovered that my main sewer line needed snaked. The plumber only got about 10ft. with the snake before he hit an impassible blockage. He promptly escalated the issue to his field supervisor to request backup. Rather than just pass this off to the next guy he waited 6-7 hours for the field supervisor to arrive (RR was really backed up that day) so that he could properly explain the issue. Unfortunately for me the only solution was to excavate the sewer line and cut that section. This job would require additional crew and permits keeping in mind that I was about 24 hours away from having a major sewage backing in my basement. Roto-Rooter literally had a crew at my house taking care of this issue the following afternoon. They would have been there in the AM if it werenâ t for my City being so slow at approving permits. Within 3 days they had the job complete and I had a brand-new sewer line! Iâ d also like to give a shout out to Caleb (44132), Gary, and Dave! Despite this being a really crappy project (pun indented) these guys were AMAZING to work with. Everyone on the Roto-Rooter team I interacted with was supper friendly and easy to talk to. Roto-Rooter will be my first call the next time I have major plumbing issues!"

And of course tile guys are not plumbers so the toilet eventually started leaking. Gio knew exactly what needed to be done and made the repair."

"Giga Home Improvement by far exceeded what I expected in a Home Improvement company. I had an interior faux wall demoed in my basement, had some electrical moved/eliminated, had a new light replaced in my laundry room, had 2 ceiling fans replaced and even had them fix 2 doors while they were here. Ray and his partner arrived on time daily, accomplished what they had to accomplish, and worked hard. They paid attention to the little details, which made me smile. You can truly tell this Home Improvement company and owner really value what they do. I have already told my friends how impressed I was with their work and clean up and that I would rehire them again in a heart beat!"

"Floor Essence did a fantastic job for us. Our basement had recently flooded and after we had completed our waterproofing, we hired FE to redu our basement floor. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthly, and VERY resonable compared to other companies we had out to quote. They even went above and beyond to fix up some baseboards/drywall they needed to be replace. I would definitely hire them again should I need to replace fooring or carpet. We were extremely pleased!"

"We recently had Hart Masonry and Waterproofing replace our foundation and waterproof the basement. The entire process was easy and Brandon and his crew were phenomenal! We had multiple companies out to quote the repair (big name companies that you see advertising everywhere). They all wanted to put band-aids on the problem, Hart Masonry was the only company that wanted to get to the heart of the issue and fix the entire basement so the foundation would be good for life. Most of the digging was done entirely by hand and the repair took 3 days less than originally expected which was a nice surprise.They were polite, efficient, willing to work around our schedule, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Hart Masonry and Waterproofing to anyone that has basement structural or water issues."

"Greg Lee came to my house on a Saturday after another sewer cleaning company had failed to clean out my storm sewer line (that company told me it was necessary to dig a trench and replace the line from my house to the sidewalk at a cost between $6,500 and $8,000). The entire system had become completely blocked over-time with roots and debris from two 60' oaks and maple in our front yard. "I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! "I've had a great experience using Secure Bathing for my home remodel project. They came and offered us an affordable solution that redesigned two bedrooms into a wheelchair assesible master suite. This gave me full access to a roll in shower and a sink that allowed me to use my wheelchair with plenty of room to roll around. The toilet was placed where I can transfer from my wheelchair and still have room to access the features of the bathroom. As a bonus Lou and Marc gave us the ability to have a first floor laundry center which we never even thought of but turned out to be a great idea. We do not have a large house and they were able to fit all of our requirements into the design. Lou and Marc treat their customers with courtesy and a compasion for the customers needs.
