A rep from Cleveland Basement Systems came out to give us a quote on a wall rebuild, and I feel compelled to write this review even though we won't be going through with any work right now. They explained to me why our current system was fine for now, where other companies treated us like idiots and tried to hard sell their services. The knowledge, honesty, and vibe of this company means we will be calling them back if we ever do need work done, and recommending them to others. Also our dogs really liked the rep

5 Stars for Honesty over selling something that isn't needed! Your rep came out this morning, was very courteous, and within 10 minutes was able to tell me that my problem was outside, not inside. His knowledge and honesty was greatly appreciated. He could have sold me basement waterproof system, but knew it wouldn't fix the underlying issues. He showed me what needed to be done and gave me contacts that could help me with the root problem, not put a Band-Aid on the symptom!

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
