Price was higher than Bath Depot who also would have installed a new light/ceiling fan with their package. Bath Authority would not, and because of life, it's still not installed months later. The workers did a very good, quality job and we're happy with everything but the exhaust fan/sales experience. If you want a pushy salesman with an attitude who won't leave your house, this is the place for you! We only signed up with them to get him out of the house and he acted very immaturely when I told him we had another contractor lined up for a quote later in the day.

Keith came to our home to show us the work The Bath Authority does. We definitely liked the product Nd Keith was amazing. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only reason we did not use this product was the wait time for installation. We need a bath room conversion rather quickly. I highly recommend Keith S. (Unsure of how to spell Keith's last name) to talk to you about your needs.
