I had my entire bathroom renovated. First, they didn?t provide the contractors with all the materials. The last day of the job, the contractors still didn?t have the toilet or the sink for the vanity. They left me without a sink in the bathroom until I called and complained about how unacceptable and unsanitary it was. Now there?s a leak in the bathroom sink causing water damage to my brand new vanity!! I paid A LOT of money to have this work done. This is ridiculous.

I could not ask for a more efficient or professional upgrade to my bathroom. David and Kenny came to my house and surpassed my expectations. If I wanted more than was given I would have been unreasonable. From the point of sale to the completion of this install I am impressed, a happy camper as it were. No claim was made that has not been fulfilled. My thanks to The Bath Authority for the improvement to my home and the highly skilled people that put it all together.

Let's start with the quality of the bath. It is good, equal to all other bath renovation companies out there. The design is pleasing and the textured tub is a nice touch. Lastly they do make the shelfs the height you desire. Pushy salesman Installers that show up late and took two days to finish the install, but still has more to do.

Had a walk in tub removed and a walk in shower installed. Bath authority did a fabulous job in a timely manner. They removed all the debris and cleaned up everything when finished. It’s a real joy to use the new shower. Would recommend bath authority to everyone. Thank you bath authority

The purchasing/contracting process was a breeze with Jason. I felt certain of his honesty, and his “get down to business” approach. He gave me confidence to proceed. Then came my installation team - Daniel and Ryan. They were true professionals with attention to every detail and open communication about the process. They were a pleasure to have in my home for 3 days and in that short time they totally transformed my bathroom. I am very impressed and totally satisfied that their work and professionalism were top notch in every way.

My project was an (old) bath to a walk-in shower. Mine was needed for current & future safety reasons. The choices that I picked looked very good/professional & up-to-date. I love it and highly recommend "The Bath Authority" to anyone who is looking for the same reasons. Also, the staff, in all aspects of the job, were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
