Let me start off by saying wow. This is one family oriented company. you wouldn't think that by how large they are all over the united states. I had a main sewer line in my basement leaking at 4am, i called roto rooter at 5 and they had a tech there by 6:30 drove almost an hour for an emergency! that is dedication. HIs name was Cam (i hope i spelled your name right!). He fought it for almost 2 hours. we weren't making any progress so he wanted to call in a more experienced tech, his name was Joe, what a beard man! Joe showed up within an hour, cam left so he could get to his next appointment he apologized that he couldn't get it done because the drain just didn't want to cooperate. Joe immediately went to work with his drain snake, to no avail he couldn't figure it out, Joe busted out the jetter. At the end of this story we found out it was a city side sewer main back up. I wish i had more space to write. these guys are pooper hero's, Don't know how they do it everyday. ButThankyou

Roto-Rooter promised to show up and pump out the Septic Tank. They failed to show and claimed their truck was full on a Friday. Claimed they would show up on Tuesday and pump out the Septic Tank, but Roto-Rooter did not show up. They did not show up on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Called in and the Supervisor did not call back as the dispatcher had promised. This company cannot be trusted as they do not follow thru on appointments and made excuses as to why they did not show up.

Came on holiday

They were on time and worked on my plumbing problems. They were professional, knowledgeable and I would call them again in a minute.

Customer service was good. They were prompt. The plumber was professional but I was disappointed in the end. My down spout could not be unclogged. After trying for about 20-30 minutes to unclog it, it was still going to cost $475. When I asked about that it went down to $175. I still think that was excessive for the small amount of work done and it not being fixed. So now I'm trying new companies to help or have someone dig and install a new one.
