He came very quickly after my scheduled plumber was not able to come because his van broke down. He gave me service at the agreed upon price and did it well . I was only disappointed that he could not give me the ware that was originally offered, because he said that would have involved a pricier procedure which was not needed.

Had a problem with putting a shower handle back on after taking it off to clean it. I called Home Depot who referred me to Plunger Plumber. Plunger Plumber called this morning at 8:15AM and they were able to come out at 1030AM. Lance helped with the situation, explaining what happened. Lance also checked and suggested the cartridge get replaced also since the handle was hard to turn. I did this also. Lance was very easy to get along with and worked quickly to get the work done. Having a plumber out is always an expense since you have to consider the trip charge, diagonistics ,parts and labor charge. When told of the price I didn't think it was out of line in any way. Due to the fact that the company was so prompt, so respectful and did the job efficiently I would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.
