Had a full HVAC system installed including all new ductwork. Maurice and Tanner and Bob were super professional and very informative. Went above and beyond what was expected always stopping what they were doing to answer any questions we had. Jason Bowen was extremely polite and professional explained the whole system we were going to get and didn't try at all to upsell equipment, and didn't pressure us at all for the sale. It's a great company. They were not able to help us. We should have waited for a heat and a/c company. They were prompt, courteous but it was not an electical problem. I did not want to rate them, because I don't think this will help any other customers. I think our problem was unique.

We want to Thank Ken Jr. (Owner), Ken Sr., Sean, Dustin, Juan, Shaun and Brooke who work for KV Electric in Pasadena MD for their professionalism and superior service provided to us. Ken Jr. was outstanding in explaining the 22kw Standby Home Generator and upgrade of the electrical panel during our initial meeting, his professionalism and friendly manner sold us on going with KV Electric. Ken took the time to help layout a plan on where the best place was to install the generator. Brooke their Office Operations manager is a one-man show she kept us informed of installation day, electrical work, and concrete pad pouring. When the weather did not hold up Brooke was spot on with informing us of changes required due to the snow. Sean installed the electrical panel and upgraded circuits besides tagging all the circuits for us, he was so quiet I did not know he was even here. Ken Sr., Dustin, Juan, and Shaun worked tireless installing the generator while water was flowing from the drain spout, for the snow and ice were melting and making a mudding mess. Ken Sr. placed cardboard all around the area so the team would not be standing in mud. Ken even took away the mudding cardboard and I informed him I would do it, that tells you all about the ethics of this Team. We received the highest degree of hospitality and superior service from KV Electric, their outgoing personality, demeanor and willingness to help in the smallest detail made it a pleasure to have KV Electric in our home. Excellent service. Contacted us back and arranged for an appointment very promptly. Very courteous, professional, and honest. A different company had already come out, but had not been able to discover the issue and suggested changing not only the AC, but the heating system as well. Mr. Bohager was able to both find and resolve our issue that same day, all for a fraction of the cost the other company had estimated. He also kindly explained both the issue and the fix in terms we could easily understand. We are extremely grateful to have our AC up and running again during this heat wave!

He was on time and communicated through the process. The install of the thermostat took longer than expect (no fault of the installer) because the type of digital device. He took his time and saw the project through. I would and will use him again. Very professional, wore booties and followed up days later to ensure the thermostat was working.

Jason replaced my 17 year old hvac system. He and his crew provided great communication throughout the process, and the installation was seamless.

After reviewing several bids I decided on the installation of a new AC Unit from Green Comfort Systems . Both the salesperson (Kyle) and installing technician (Eric) were a pleasure to deal with. The new unit was installed as promised on the agreed upon date of installation, and I feel I got good value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to use Green Comfort again.
