Had a sewer line break and the toilet kept backing up. They worked out a payment plan Im so grateful for that as a new home owner I was not prepared to pay so much at one time. They took about three days and they work when it just snowed. So far so good!

Great service & communication, solved my water issue quickly. They do usually charge a minimum two-hour consultation fee, but they waived it for me in this instance, so I only paid for an hour. Very nice!

Company repaired the issue in less than a week from contact. Appreciative of that. John was friendly and repaired the issue in a timely manner. Seems like there was some confusion in the beginning on the details of the project; maybe initial details from Angi’s wasn’t shared with the company. The company and I worked through that on the initial call which was fine. I am suggesting that maybe to confirm companies get the request info provided by the customer on the Angi site. Thanks for providing this service for repairs.

Technician was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to identify the problem with the drainpipe using a camera and I was able to follow along. I would certainly use BFMD for any plumbing issues in the future and would recommend them.

They didn't come prepared with the materials for the job. The apprentice were left to figure out the job on their own nor was any of the job broken down when asked for the breakdown was told it wasn't possible. The owner wasn't pleasant to work with and the job wasn't done to code.

From start to finish a very positive experience! The work crew were very attentive to making sure my wife's native garden plants survived the onslaught of digging necessary to replace our home's water main. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend BFMD if you need your water main repaired or replaced.
