They didn't come prepared with the materials for the job. The apprentice were left to figure out the job on their own nor was any of the job broken down when asked for the breakdown was told it wasn't possible. The owner wasn't pleasant to work with and the job wasn't done to code.

From start to finish a very positive experience! The work crew were very attentive to making sure my wife's native garden plants survived the onslaught of digging necessary to replace our home's water main. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend BFMD if you need your water main repaired or replaced.

They were at my house for two and half days. They had to jack hammer my cellar and replace the whole drain line. They were professional and friendly. They always kept me inform on when they had to dig more of my basement up. I would call them first if I had another problem.

BFMD Drain Cleaning ,Sewer and Water Main Replacement did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my clogged sewer line. Artie made the appointment the same day and arrived on time. He explained everything to me. He then had Nick come out and Nick found the clog and cleared it. Artie and Nick were both very professional. I would highly recommend BFMD. I had unsatisfactory results from two other plumbers. I told Artie I felt like an angel had sent him to me.

As far as Home Advisor the person you hire needs to be verified before they are dispatched to your home, the first person a "plumber" was nothing close just a man with a drain cleaning tool, no car no truck net even a screwdriver. However, BFMD, LLC was very professional with a truck and tools even a backup if needed. He came into my home and within 10 minutes the clog was gone. He was very pleasant and wore covers on his shoes to keep my nasty floors clean, or to keep his shoes clean since I had sewer water on my basement floor.
