Corley Plumbing Air Electric drain snake is stuck in the sewer drain which is exposed in my downstairs' bathroom they abandon the job 9/25/2024, no one has contacted us or tried to fix it or offer a portable potty. We have sewer smell in the house, not to mention the sewage they waste on the basement step and didn't clean it up. Then with the hurricane that flooded our basement now our basement weeps the smell of urine and feces. Today is 23 days since they have contacted us or even offered us a portable potty. 10/16/2024 the sewage started backing up due to the drain snake blocking and caught in the sewer line. After speaking with another plumbing company, they informed us it's going to cost us $50k/$60K to replace the sewer lines since it's under a concrete slab. We are not able to move out, hotels are pricey and the one Fema will pay for are booked solid, my son had an asthma attack Sunday and had to go to the doctor Thursday night, my husband and I coughing, runny nose, my daughter is having headaches and runny noses. Its sad how they have abandon us like this at a time like this, we trusted them to help us but they have only hurt us.
