The technician was lovely. I was so stressed about this issue and how long it would take and when it would get done. Lian was prompt, arrived earlier than expected, and got right to work. He explained everything and reassured me about the issue. Got everything done the same day within a couple of hours tops. I submitted a request with Angi around 6pm and received a response from SUMA that evening. He arrived the next morning, gave me a competitive estimate to consider...two hours later I agreed. He came back that afternoon and began installing two new pumps, removed pipe valves and cleaned the silt from the pit. All completed within a few hours...very well done!

I can’t speak highly enough about Suma Plumbing and the exceptional service they provided. After dealing with a persistent leak in our older home, one that several other plumbers failed to diagnose correctly. From the initial call to the final repair, the entire experience was outstanding. Lal Mawia arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to listen carefully to our concerns. What impressed me most was their methodical approach. Instead of offering a quick patch, he thoroughly investigated the issue, identified the root cause of the leak (which turned out to be a hidden problem deep within the aging pipework), and provided a clear and honest explanation of the work needed. The repair was done efficiently, with minimal disruption to our home. Since the fix, we’ve had zero issues, something we hadn’t experienced in years.
